Tentative Wage Reopener Settlement
SRP and IBEW Local 266

The following tentative wage reopener settlement for 2020 and a two year contract(s) extension agreement have been reached between SRP and IBEW Local 266 and is being presented by the Union Business Manager, Union President and Executive Board of IBEW Local 266 to the union membership for ratification with the following terms and conditions:

1. The District and Association Contracts currently in effect between SRP and IBEW Local 266 which expires November 15, 2021, will be extended through November 15, 2023. Except for those wage schedule changes outlined below, all provisions, plans and agreements outlined in the current contracts will remain in effect through November 15, 2023.

2. A General Wage Increase (GWI) of 2.50% for all hourly employees, effective November 16, 2020.

3. A GWI of 2.65% for all hourly employees effective November 16, 2021.

4. There will be a wage reopener in the 2^nd year of the contract extension. The Company and the Union will meet prior to September 1, 2022 to negotiate an appropriate wage adjustment that would then take effect on November 16, 2022.

Vote Details & Requirements:

**Valley Members must come to the hall to cast your vote on one of the dates listed below. No exceptions.

Where:             IBEW Local Union 266

                         1650 N. 36^th St

                         Phoenix, AZ 85008

When:              Tuesday, August 25^th  or  Wednesday, August 26^th

                         The hall will be open from 5:00am – 8:00pm on both days

• You are required to wear a face mask while you are on the property and you must practice social distancing at all times.

• You will enter through the designated entry door, sign for your ballot, cast your vote and immediately exit through the designated exit. Please no lingering on the property. We want to make this process as safe as possible for all members coming in to vote. 

**CGS Members must come to the designated location to vote on one of the following dates and must observe the CDC guidelines for face masks and social distancing.

Where:             PERA Coyote Grill

When:              Wednesday, August 19^th  or  Thursday, August 20^th

                         They will be open from 9:00am – 6:00pm on both days

**NGS Members – those of you who are still working onsite at NGS will be receive a ballot in the mail. You must mail your ballot back to the Phoenix hall. Ballots must be received in Phoenix no later than 3:30pm on Wednesday, August 26^th as that is when all ballots will be tallied.
